COVID Policy - 2021
After the latest Government Guidance introduced in January we have updated our Covid Policy.
The new guidelines deem it is not essential for our industry to enter a customers property to carry out home surveys for a pricing exercise or for repairs. Wherever possible we need to try and do this remotely or virtually. We are still permitted to enter a home/property to confirm measurements followed by installation once an order has been confirmed. In order for us to do this we are asking for customers to provide approximate sizes and/or images of the window/s in question with a description of the blind type required.
We appreciate that this is not ideal and most customers will not commit to an order without seeing or choosing a fabric/colours which we fully appreciate. We can provide brochures for most of our products and are able to send as much information as possible to help you come to a decision remotely.
If you are then in a position to proceed to an order we are then able to visit your property and bring samples and confirm all measurements and this would be done in the safest possible way following all government guidelines.
